Lassi is a refreshing drink which you can drink during the Ramadan season.
2 cups yogurt, plain
6 ice, cubed and crushed
3 teaspoons sugar, white
1 teaspoon salt
How to make the drink:
1. Use a mixer to beat the yoghurt and crushed ice until smooth.
2. While blending add in the sugar, salt and 1½ cup of cold water. Keep mixing until a layer of foam forms on top.
3. Serve cold in long glasses.
